Silk Courtyard

In the very heart of Old Town Vilnius, in the AMRES ART gallery and courtyard, we hosted an exposition of silk paintings painted with the intuitive aesthetics technique. The works of the exhibition united the cultures of three countries: inspiration from the Italian philosopher and artist Antonio Meneghetti, the anciant technology of batik from Indonesia protected by UNESCO, and the creative ideas of Lithuanian-born AMRES ART. Visitors explored the unique works using their ... senses! Comparing silk batik and nature photographs, they searched for visual associations between nature and AMRES ART Batik patterns.
